I was trying to upload a new pic for my avatar and the system keeps telling me that the file is too big. Any idea of what to do? I removed the old pic and now I do not know who to upload a new one and the worst part is that I am faceless..... Help me, please!!!!!!!

Beatriz, I'm no good at that but I know that it goes by the pixel size of the photo. If you right click your mouse and go to properties you can see how big your original photo is. If it exceeds the OH numbers then you have to use a photo editing program to make it smaller. That is why my avatar is so grainy, I kept having to reduce the size and the picture quality kept getting worse and worse. Molly
