Thank you for passing on the Cinnamon Slim recipe, it sounds like a Molly Drink for sure! Does seem like a lot of sweetener in it, you sure it isn't too much???? How much ice did you add? I guess that would dilute it. Have done pretty well today considering I had extra stress issues today. Still have another 6 hours to get through though. And STILL pms'ing. Where is that Aunt of mine??? (No, there's no chance of THAT ladies!) hahaha 1) EAS Choc. Fudge rtd protein over decaf coffee ice cubes and 2 squirts sf English Toffee syrup 2) 1/2 cup 0% Fage, 1/4 cup low-sugar granola 3) Kashi Honey Almond Flax bar 4) 1 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup cashews, 1 Blue Bunny sf fudgsicle 5) going to have a "Cinnamon Slim" 6) prolli 1/2 cup Chicken Taco mixture over lettuce, no other toppings to hold down the calories So far 1-4: 650 calories, 67 carbs, 28 fat, 40 prot. Back to cooking!

It does have some sweeteners to it not gonna lie.. Charlie was trying to come up with a way of avoiding the actual sweet frappacinno base that starbucks uses and this is what she and a person that works there came up with.. there is a lot of ice and it does dilute it down... that amount of sweetener didn't bother me b/c its all splenda.. try it with 1-2 tsp of splenda and see how u like it.. let me know! yum!

Oh baby, good! Now if i remember correctly you said a pump was 2 tablespoons right? That's a lot of syrup but it is soooo tasty! I only did two packets of splenda and it was just fine. And just for panache I threw on a squirt of sf whipped cream. LOL! Oops, I forgot the cinnamon on top. Guess the whipped cream had me going. It is so funny that I use that stuff now several times a week and when i was fat I only used whipped cream on holidays. It was for 'special'. EVERY day is special now! (Not that I use whipped cream that often...you know what I mean!) Gotta get some extra pumps! Out of 15 bottles of sf syrups I only have 6 pumps. I'd better get ta gettin'. Oh and I used real espresso so it is 9 o'clock and I'm still cookin'!!! Molly

I think that is what i tested one day... 2 tbsps per pump.. easier to just have a pump.. you poor thing u do need more pumps.. i know it is a lot of sweetener but wow is it good! I am having another latte now.. im still so down on cals compared to what i am supposed to get in.. I swear if i could drink lattes, drink shakes and eat protein bars all day i would be happy these days.. sad.

Maybe I should swing by the local Starbucks to see if they'd sell me some pumps instead of ordering them online. I was so bummed not to have gotten one free when I bought my Cinnamon Dolce that I never even asked if they sell them. Maybe they don't do that here in Spokane. What sf syrups do they have now? Hmm...

They always ask me if I want a pump? So they may just give u one? They have SF caramel, cinnamon, vanilla and hazelnut (i have not tried that one yet).

I had a good day until it was time to BuNco. Then it went to *ell. B-Mini Egg Muffins (Love them L-Payday Pro Protein Bar S-Sugar Free Popsicle D-NOTHING as it was Bunco night BUNCO-a little bit of to much stuff I should not have eaten and a 1/3 of a actual alcohol DRINK before I went back to water as I got HOT!! Sad thing is I actually kept the leftover cheese ball and pitched it this morning as I realized no one in my house BUT me will want to eat it. The salsas and cheese salsas that I have left are going in the GARAGE fridge till I need to use them for another party so I do not have to look at them. I have a strawberry shortcake thing left over that I made with angel food cake, strawberrys and Cool Whip lite and I layered in a a truffle bowl and I am taking what is left over to my parents today!! I did buy the multi grain tortilla chips at Harry and David and they were good and I really did not eat that many. Someone brought wings so I picked the skin off of those and ate 1 so honestly I was not as BAD as I probally think I was but OMG did I have gas pains last night. LOL Did we ALL have FUN!!!! YES. Bunco night is one of my favorite nights of the month.

Well, I decided to post Friday's...as Thursday's had a huge amount of food...nearly 1000 cal. SparkPeople food log is a bit of a compulsion for me and I actually think that I've eaten less since using it. I felt great after eating more and the scale is still working in my favor. I do think that Melissa is on to something about higher calories of healthy food so I am ready to test the waters on eating more food. Ro Friday's Count: 803 Cal, 33 Fat, 69 Carb, 64 Protein (includes protein drinks) B: yogurt w/ .5 oz granola and .5 pack oatmeal L: LF chicken salad with 4 sunchips and yams D: cheese & onion omelet and melon S: guacamole and 6 Tostito rounds
