What did ya eat today - Thursday?
I am early but I my husband and I have errands to run tonight. So I wanted to make sure I posted before we left. How did you do today? Please share what you had!!
B: 2 mini crustless quiches, 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
S: SF homeade cinnamon dolce dacaf latte with light vanilla soy milk.
L: 1 spicy black bean morning star burger chopped up on top of 1 romaine lettuce leaf, some red onion, 1 oz low fat mont jack cheese, 1 tbs light sour cream and 2 tbsp of black bean salsa.
D: don't know yet? I am sure we will grab a bite somehwere. I will make a good choice. Most likely chicken breast somewhere and a side of veggies steamed.
S: EAS protein shake and maybe a carmel crunch atkins bar.
Assuming this is what I eat for dinner this would put me at 949 cals, 37 fats, 56 carbs and 104 proteins.

Hi! I'm just checking in to log and post my food. Had a very good day today and it will continue...I'm on my way out the door to SUPPORT GROUP!!! Woohoo! This is my favourite day of the month!
1) EAS cafe caramel over ice
2) 1/2 cup 0% Fage yogurt and 1/2 cup Special K Protein Plus
3) 3 oz. pouch tuna with mild taco sauce and 10 rice crackers
4) Chicken Taco Salad (I'll post a recipe later, it turned out yummy!)composed of about 3 oz chicken, 1 slice 2% cheddar cheese, 1/4 avacado, 2 T ff sour cream, canned tomatoes
5) 1 fresh peach
6) 100 cal Balance bar
856 cal, 73 carbs, 22 fat, 90 prot.

My day has been better then lately. Most of my carbs are from WATERMELON so I am OK with that!!!
Breakfast-opps I forgot to eat before I left so I bought a bottle of water in the store
Lunch-Turkey and a slice of cheese
Dinner-Turkey Beer Bratworst with Saurekrat (YUMMM)
S-2 SF popsicke
String Cheese
1 serving Baked Doritos
4 Hershey Kisses
Calories-755, Carbs- 82, Protein- 59
I am going to have more turkey to get my protein up later.
I have BuNcO tomorrow night at my house so tomorrow is going to be a HARD day for me. That was why the hersey kisses were out. I even bought these cherry cordial ones as I thought I would not like them...why did I even have to taste one?
eeeeho....i didnt have such a good day.......i had a carb FIT......all of the bars that i ate tasted sweet and that is what i was craving i guess .........
