***Tuesday Weekly Weigh In*** 8/14/07
OK stayed the same AGAIN....week two....i am hoping that next week is one of the two that i lose weight......i have a dr appt tomorrow --going to pick her brain about this BECAUSE it is SOOOOO frustrating........especially since i am watching it so closely ...Melissa --how can we keep the carb demon away???? i have already had 48 grams of carbs today and it is only 10:30....that is not usual for me --BUT i had a kashi bar this morning and they have 20g of carb in one bar! seemed like the thing to do at the time........but i think that i was feeling frustrated at the never moving scale and took it out on a kashi bar...(cuz that makes sense)........ok breathe breathe breathe.....now i have to figure out what i can eat for the rest of the day that doesnt have ANY carbs........

I just realized that since having the surgery, I have not had many stressful situations. Makes me wonder........maybe my answer was just to loose the weight and be happy. It always amazes me how I have being able to cope afte WLS when I was not able to do it before. What's the key? Never had willpower before and now I have tons(most of the time).
I lost 3.5 Lbs this week! . Here is my progress report:
SW: 320 LBS
LW: 208 Lbs
CW: 204.5 Lbs
Total loss: 115.5 Lbs, only 24.5 more lbs to my personal goal. My doc's goal is less than 200 so, that leaves me with only 5.5 lbs to go to reach my doc's goal.
Hello everyone , I know i am late with this. I do weigh everyday but with my schedule I only have time on weekends to post. Yes still struggling with crab demon but getting better. Just bought a couple low carb cook books does anyone have any names of go recipe books or website for low carb cooking.
Anyway to answer the question, I am a highly streessed person mostly do it to myself but I have to releases that work going to the gym and working out and then coming home to a nice hot bubble bath!!!!! good luck to all talk to you next weekend Kelly
