What Didn't I Eat---Saturday
Terisa, thank you so much for your loving support! This is truly my safety net for bad days like yesterday and it really scares me to think how I could have really spiraled down out of control like so many times before surgery. That's the point where I'd have just given up and made the failure feelings come true.
Keeping it honest here is just another amazing facet of using this tool and I know for a fact that I just can't do this alone.

I know I'm late, but I have a hard time posting on the weekends with my 2 little booger heads running around the house.
