Making calorie and protein count

I just thought I would share with everyone that for the last 2 days I am making my calorie and protein count. I am up to 650 cal a day and 75 protein. That is a record for me!! Physically my body is feeling soooo much better. I can stand out without being in pain and being weak. My bruises are starting to get better. I am still losing a lot of hair, but expect that to get better too. I have not lost any weight for a couple of weeks, but hoping that since I have gotten my calorie intake up my weight loss will pick up. Thanks everyone for all your support. I hope I can continue this on a daily basis. I am not sure I feel comfortable going above 650 calories, but that is enough. Take care everyone and enjoy your weekend!! ~ Terisa

Wow, Terisa! So glad to hear that you are feeling better XOXOXO I took averages of the last 2 weeks and my calories were 755 and 740; protein averages were 74 and 69 grams. 650 calories and 75 proteins sound like great numbers!!! -- Ro

I'm so proud of you for taking control Terisa. You may not be where you want yet, but you're making a strong effort and I know it's difficult for you. You CAN do this!!

Doesn't it feel great to take control of our food intake? I love it and wonder why we are able to do it now and not before having WLS? It just amazes me.
