Making calorie and protein count
I just thought I would share with everyone that for the last 2 days I am making my calorie and protein count. I am up to 650 cal a day and 75 protein. That is a record for me!! Physically my body is feeling soooo much better. I can stand out without being in pain and being weak. My bruises are starting to get better. I am still losing a lot of hair, but expect that to get better too. I have not lost any weight for a couple of weeks, but hoping that since I have gotten my calorie intake up my weight loss will pick up. Thanks everyone for all your support. I hope I can continue this on a daily basis. I am not sure I feel comfortable going above 650 calories, but that is enough. Take care everyone and enjoy your weekend!! ~ Terisa
