What did ya eat today - Wednesday?
Posting early instead of a day later...what a concept. We had part 2 of my neice's 7th birthday party tonight (the one with the children) and i think i fared pretty well...left before the cake!
B: wasa crackers & 2 pieces lite swiss
L: 4oz chicken breast
D: Chicken breast from whataburger salad (really small)
1/2 pkg lowfat ranch
3 nuggets from chick fila
4oz yogurt
calories 801 fat 35.7 carbs 38 protein 85 Obviously a better carb day than yesterday...but it is only 9pm ......i still want something and i am out of calories! i should just go to bed..........
Happy hump day to you too. Today was a very happy wednesday because I feel good about myself and about the choices I made. Here's what I ate:
B-protein shake with milk and a banana
s-south beach diet protein bar
l-ground beef, taco sauce, saltines and strawberries
s-nothing
d-half of a serving of salmon from marcaroni grill, a few bites of rice, some ceasar salad(did not like it) and a few bites of their great bread with olive oil and salt.
I do not have my totals, but I checked before going to dinner and they looked good. Need to check the restaurants website for the nutrional info on the salmon.

Kinda of a high calorie day for me I'm sure
bfast - starbucks SF iced latte and a string cheese
snack - 1/2 tsp pb on a rice cake
lunch - 2 oz ckn 2oz beans and 3 bites cookie( they were warm and hand delivered by a specialist office, I allowed myself 3 bites only)
snack - got around to my protien shake
dinner - homemade meat loaf 3oz, 2 oz mashed potatoes, 1 oz corn
snack - 3oz dried mango
Getting ready to cut out the starbucks, to expensive and getting to be a habit. Even though they are not super high in calories. Going to buy me a cappachino maker this weekend.
