... Can of sardines in mustard sauce (don't ask...I guess it's a pregnant thing..LOL)... Hey, that must be a very smart thing too because aren't canned sardines extremely high in calcium? You are such a good mommie building strong bone cells for your little tadpole right now!!! And I've been noticing you've been very good about getting in your dairy the last few days too. You rock, girl!

Thanks so much Molly, I really did need that boost of encouragement. I've been so frustrated about feeling ill and not knowing what to eat and such. You made a good point because normally I don't consume that much dairy, and I've not done any of it consciously really. One of the best things that has come out of this surgery is that I have become incredibly in tune with my body. I'm just now realizing that. And while I've been freaking out about my high carb count, I went back and realized that most of it is from the dairy, so I'll try to relax a bit more about it. Thanks again for the encouraging words...it really helped ALOT!!

Hey December Sibs! It has been another hard day because I haven't felt well most of the day but I think I did very well on the food considering! Here's so far: 1) frosty protein shake 2) Atkins granola-chip thingy bar (more calories than the other one i tried again but it did taste better) 3) 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup special K protein plus, 1/2 cup sf pudding (not eaten in one sitting but I'm lumping it together anyway) 4) 1/2 cup egg substitute, 1 string cheese stick, 1/4 cup salsa 5) 1 mini bag popcorn 6) 1/3 cup nsa ice cream 7) prob. will have some leftover chicken and I like the jello idea or maybe some of my cucumbers This makes one feeding too many again but like you said Melissa, we need to personalize our eating to suit our lifestyles and while I'm pms'ing and getting over my head boo-boo at least I'm keeping it to healthier food choices. Although, I think the nsa ice cream is going back outside into the big freezer so it won't be so accessible. I could be eating an 8 cal jello instead of that and doing just fine. Took another nap and now my head feels better (I bent down to pick up something in the dining room yesterday and hit the sharp corner of a wooden plate rack and gave myself a really good goose egg). Bending over and picking things up at work today was making me dizzier and nausious. Glad it was a short day.

I thought so too. Was feeling a little wiped after working out and the shake did just the trick.
