Hi and Happy Tuesday I had a busy day today also and ate meals at odd times and felt hungry all day long. B- slice of cheese with a few crackers L-chicken ench. bake thing..ate mostly chicken D-I made a small taco salad S-Cranberry Crush smoothie 1/2 Twisted Protein Bar Slice of cheese

Here is how i did today B: 2 slices baked ham (60 cal 2 fat 0 carb 10 protein) 1 slice deluxe american cheese ( 70 cal 6fat 1 carb 4 protein) Made into ham rollups L: 1 banana (135 cal 1 fat 35 carb 1.5 protein) 2 tbsp dry roasted peanuts (85cal 7 fat 2.5carb 4 protein) D: 1 oz ground turkey with taco seasoning 1 tsp chopped onion (110 cal 4fat 1 carb 14 protein) Totals for today::: 460 cal 20 fat 39.5 carb 33.5 protein

Not enough cals to keep the body out of starvation mode Anita to be outright truthful. I did give you some suggestions on your recent post and hope they help you. *hugs*

Morning time 3 oz apples ham/egg/tomato crustless quiche 1 light string cheese 1 WASA cracker Afternoon time Wendy's side salad w/lowfat dressing Jr Bacon CHeeseburger (no bun/mayo) 1/2 cup grapes 1 sf jello 1 Brach's Star Brite Mint (bad I know) Evening time Taco Salad (homemade with baked Tostitos Scoops) 1 turkey/cheese/pickle roll up Choc Frosty (Almond Mil****SF Choc syrup) 1 SF bomb pop 1085 calories, 93 Carbs, 46 fat, 73 protein Everythin was high. Seemed like a munchie day, hungry all the time.

You didn't do that bad Amy.. yesterday was just not a good day for any of us I don't think carb wise, fat wise... Your cals aren't bad neither are your protein and fats.. well gosh I end up in the 40s these days it seems so lets both try to work on getting that number down, we can do it! Hang in there!! Are you pmsing? I sooo am and using that as my excuse although I am not gonna let the PMS demon get me every month, I refuse!!

I hit the ground running this morning --just threw stuff into my lunch bag so it is a mismash of "stuff"--it was also my neices 7th birthday and we went to one of those Pizza joints with all of the games....luckily Pizza just doesnt sit well with me --(i did have a bite again just to see) i had the salad bar---i aimed for the Turkey and the veggies and did really well.....BUT i must have stood in front of the salad dressing for 2 full minutes deciding if i would have FF or regular.......FF won but i just dont like it very well---oh well...... b: 1 string cheese 2 4oz yogurts (i am addicted) l: 4oz light meat chicken 3 strawberries s: 2 4oz yogurt d: turkey chunks/shredded cheese (from the salad bar) salad; (cucumbers, cauliflower, tomatoes) tablespoon of croutons/fake bacos ff dressing (yuck) s: 3 slices low fat swiss 2 wasa Calories 743 Fat 21g Carbs 61 (darn it) Protein 86 Wednesday i cut down on the yogurt...that will bring my carbs down by 21 grams if i limit myself to JUST 1 per day.........
