2 tbsp dry roasted peanuts (85cal 7 fat 2.5carb 4 protein)
D: 1 oz ground turkey with taco seasoning 1 tsp chopped onion
(110 cal 4fat 1 carb 14 protein)
Totals for today::: 460 cal 20 fat 39.5 carb 33.5 protein

ham/egg/tomato crustless quiche
1 light string cheese
1 WASA cracker
Afternoon time
Wendy's side salad w/lowfat dressing

You didn't do that bad Amy.. yesterday was just not a good day for any of us I don't think carb wise, fat wise... Your cals aren't bad neither are your protein and fats.. well gosh I end up in the 40s these days it seems so lets both try to work on getting that number down, we can do it! Hang in there!! Are you pmsing? I sooo am and using that as my excuse although I am not gonna let the PMS demon get me every month, I refuse!!
I hit the ground running this morning --just threw stuff into my lunch bag so it is a mismash of "stuff"--it was also my neices 7th birthday and we went to one of those Pizza joints with all of the games....luckily Pizza just doesnt sit well with me --(i did have a bite again just to see) i had the salad bar---i aimed for the Turkey and the veggies and did really well.....BUT i must have stood in front of the salad dressing for 2 full minutes deciding if i would have FF or regular.......FF won but i just dont like it very well---oh well......

Wednesday i cut down on the yogurt...that will bring my carbs down by 21 grams if i limit myself to JUST 1 per day.........
