What did ya eat today - Monday?

Hey there everyone! Happy Monday. I slept most of the day so my eats are much yet. Prolli be down cal wise but usually am on Mondays. Not sure I am gonna have the best weigh in tomorrow.. kinda stuck at 169-170. That is ok though, I am noticing a patter of losing about every 2 weeks now then holding.. anyone else that way? Anyway.. here is what I ate today! B: 1 egg, 2 morning start sausage patty (i really like these.. tried them for the first time today - they have 10 proteins for 1 patty, 80 cals and 3 carbs. They get crisp when u put them in a skillet and taste like real sausage. I am looking forward to trying their other products, the boca products didn't seem as good stat wise as the morning star ones. Yum! That meal then had 157 cals and 16 proteins.. 8 fats tho (damn eggs have 5 fats, I hate that.. i should start egg beaters really, just don't love those). Slept until 3pm, chores till 4. Drinking drinking b/c im low on fluid this weekend, work was so busy. S: Have an EAS cafe caramel protein shake (my shipment of 2 cases arrived this morning yeah!) D: Gonna make a greek chicken salad.. totally homeade. I bought romane lettuce, red onion, red fat feta cheese, roma tomatoes, black olives whole, whole grain croutons and FF italian gonna toss it together and I am marinating chicken breasts in some FF italian and fresh garlic.. will bake those or grill them as skewers and add to the salad.. Looking forward to it, will hit the spot. One of my very fav meals as a post op. S: Gosh I donno.. shake or a bar? maybe even some popcorn later b/c i will be up late and had no carbs today at all. Hey Melissa, ok monday monday.....ya know weekends I really get off track. I think I am going to get a little board to put on my fridge and write down everything that goes in my mouth on the weekend. I tend to snack more. Maybe just a piece of paper(no cost there) Bfast - vanilla protien shake(32 gms protien, 220 calories) snack - sf soy latte SB lunch - moz string cheese, 2 oz ckn with salsa, 6 bites cantelope snack -tsp pb on rice cake..and blueberry light yogurt dinner - 3oz grilled ckn over mixed greens and baked beans snack - sf popcicle

B: packet SF strawberries & cream oatmeal L: 1/2 mini bagel, with light cream cheese, 4 slices of deli chicken and slice of tomato (nother words, half a mini bagel sandwich) S: Yogurt and slice of chipotle cheddar cheese D: Cheese ravoli from Lean Cuisine (it's support group night, in a hurry) S: 3 oz of grilled chicken

I have no idea the counts on my food for today...but here's what I ate... 1)Protein drink 2)1/3 just inquesadilla from Red Robin 3) roughly 1/2 cup grilled chicken/bleu cheese salad and 5 snackers from Olga's 4) 1/4 soft pretzel from the mall that's it for me today...really bad choices and probably not enough, but I'm not hungry at all and it's after 10 pm anyway, so I'm not eating anything else. If anything I may have some turkey jerky to boost my protein.

Hi! This is a day late getting reported but if I don't then maybe I will think it didn't count and can't let that kind of thinking back into my life so here goes: (Remember, was at work the first 9 hours and then home racing to get a party ready for 15 people and then socializing till midnight, be kind!) 1) frosty protein shake 2) 1/2 cup kashi go lean 3) 1 cup chopped chicken, 2 T lf ranch, 1/2 100-cal prot. bar (a sugar craving from nerves) 4) EAS cafe caramel (Erin...it doesn't have much of a coffee taste to my coffee-starved tastebuds) the rest of the day in no particular order: approx. 2 oz. chicken, 1 tab. low-cal bbq sauce 1/2 cup marinated cucumbers 1 cup strawberries 1 cup bing cherries 1 cup watermelon chunks 2 doritos (only in my house during party and completely GONE now) Southern House Wine (tea, tea, tea!) lite soy choc. decaf 'latte' 1/2 cup homemade sf baked beans (and I'm STILL not socially acceptable, ahem!) 1/3 cup nsa ice cream with 1 tsp. sf fudge topping Ok, that's a LOT to eat for the day (3 a.m. till midnight) but the fruit and 2 doritos was from standing around grazing with the skinny family members. They all eat that way PLUS big ol' plates of bbq. Here's what I did NOT eat! Potato salad. Fresh dinner rolls. Garlic bread. Tossed salad (just not enough room in pouchie). Grilled fresh pineapple (ditto). Daquiri's or beer or real wine. REAL ice cream pie. Sorry I'm so long-winded this morning! Only got 4 hours sleep so I think pretty soon I'll head back for a nap. Gonna rest, get the house back to normal order and work out on my stair stepper today. Might even lay out in the sun for a little relaxing cancer rays. Molly

Hey Molly, I think you did AMAZING! Being around all the food is HARD HARD HARD.. you kept with your diet 99% (aside 2 dang doritos, which who cares?) and my gosh.. give yourself a pat on the back. I am proud of you!!!!
