8 Month Pic in Profile

8 months and down 118 pounds, I got my hair did and those are a size 14 jeans Wow!!!!! I feel so awesome!!!! Things have slowed waaaaaay down. Stephanie

You look amazing! Congratulations ;). I'll be out 8 months on the 13th and am down 135 but like you, it's slowed WAYYYY down. I am losing about 1-2 pounds a week but a 2-3 week plateau is not unusual either. But I feel healthy and have more energy than ever so I'm good with it. Congrats again! Vicki

You look great Stephanie, I know it is so nice to wear smaller clothes. I am in a size 10-12 and a medium shirt. Haven't been there since high school. I too have slowed way down. I was on a 3 week plateau, then I lost 8 lbs, but the honeymoom is over and now we really do have to follow the rules and good eating habits we learned. Erin
