Saturday - Goals for today

Hope you had a good day today and were able to eat more. Did you have fun playing with the toddlers? Sounds like a good plan for any day.
Didn't sleep much last night, family got home. The one night they were gone I slept a straight 6 hours and awoke so refreshed! Got 5 hrs last night but was up twice and that makes me groggy in the morning. Completely forgot to think about goals but after work I had planned on coming home and getting on my stair stepper. Instead I was met with the news about dh's whole clan coming over for dinner on Monday. Stress through the roof! The first thing I wanted to do was eat so my goal immediately became not eating or eating something sensible.
Considering the day, it didn't go too badly. I let myself munch on a mini bag of popcorn and then while cooking I ate a hard boiled egg, cherries and pecans. It WAS grazing but it was all measured so it wasn't totally out of control.

Hi Molly!
I did not do so good on my eating goals today. I had 2 protein drinks. I tried to eat dinner, but just could not do it. I ended up spending a large part of my day with my oldest daughter. We just ran some errand and stuff. She has been doing well the last few day and I enjoy spending time with her when she is doing great.
Did you eat dinner or was the grazing your dinner? ~ Terisa
