What did ya eat today - Thursday?
Yipee it is FRIDAY!!!
b: 4oz lean ham
1 boiled egg
l: 4oz Dannon L&F yogurt
1 3/4 oz peanuts (i know bad bad)
D: 4oz beef tenderloin (lean lean)
green beans
S: sf ff pudding
.......BUT i ate the whole box of pudding in a matter of hours --the box really confuses me so i am not sure if i am counting it correctly serving size is 1/4 cup has 25 calories BUT with ff milk it says the serving is 1/2 cup...but i think it means a 1/2 cup of milk make 1/4 cup of pudding........but then do you use the protein and carb count on the milk container or on the jello container?????? see what i mean--if anyone can clear this up for me.....i would be eternally grateful.

ok--i took the nutritional info off the jello package and added it to the nutritional information from the milk container and i think i may have it !
so my daily totals are Calories 983 Fat 43 Carbs 67.5 & Protein 84.7....a bit high on the carbs and fat but over all pretty good. 39% Fat 27% Carbs and 34% protein should be 40% 20% 40%........
OK, here it goes - if you've read my post you know today was a rough day...
- 8 oz protein shake (1 scoop vanilla isopure, mixed into 8 oz chilled sf decaf suisse mocha int'l coffee - over ice)
- the inside of a kolache (a roll with filling baked inside - this one had scrambled eggs with peppers onions and sausage and cheese)
- spoonful of peanut butter at my desk
- protein wafer - can't remember the name, but they are like sugar wafers
spoonful of peanut butter with about 10 M&Ms at my desk
- another spoonful of peanut butter
- tall decaf cafe americano w/ sf caramel syryp & a bunch of half & half (and one sweet & low) - I am addicted to Starbucks
3 oz italian marinated chicken breast
1-2 bites of steamed asparagus with ff ranch dressing
2 oz whole wheat stove-top stuffing (made with lite magarine)
a bite of garlic toast
- sf creamcicle - cherry I think
As you can see I didn't drink any water at all and I wasn't prepared for the food cravings - peanut butter was all I had at my desk. Thanks for the great suggestions in the other post girls. I will be ready next time!
