What did ya eat today - Thursday?
Hello December babies! How are you today???
Wow, I have had a busy day! I had an inservice today at work then ran some errands most of the afternoon and just got home. Looks like I have a lot of posts to catch up on! Here is what I have ate today, I haven't totalled anything yet.
B: Homeade breakfast burrito - 1 LaTortilla whole grain/high fiber tortilla, 1 egg scrambeled, 2 oz of ham chopped with some onion.
L: At at Subway. Got the Grilled Chicken Salad with lots of veggies and FF ranch. Got full really fast. Ate the meat first and few bites of salad.. done.
S: Had an EAS cafe caramel shake
D: Donno yet, meat and veggies.
S: Will be a mini bag of popcorn I am guessing since I need more good carbs.

Your Subway salad sounds really yummy. Thank you for the tip about the EAS caramel, I will see if they have it at our military commissary tomorrow. I know they sell some sort of caramel in that line but don't know if it is the cafe caramel or just plain caramel. I hadn't tried it before because I remember the Optisource caramel I sampled at support group...blech is putting it kindly.
I have the house to myself tonight since DH and the kids are off at his sister's cabin tonight and tomorrow. WOOHOO!!! He was a brat today on the phone before he left so I am loving this peace and quiet and as I already posted, I am NOT emotionally eating. Go Molly! Go Molly!
Today so far:
1) frosty protein shake
2) a whole, 6"-ish banana (eek, 24 carbs!!!) Pure delicious!
3) half a sf. yogurt with 1/2 c. kashi go lean mixed in
4) 3 oz. pouch tuna with 1/2 c. salsa
-- 1 starbuck's light frapp. with Benefiber over a big glass of ice (Yum!)
5) Prolly a taco salad with one ounce of those evilly delicious chips crumbled in
Without #5 this puts me at 599 cal, 64 carbs, 5 fats, 70 prot. This has been a GREAT day!

PS--my nut. answered my e-mail and I don't have to count my caloried liquids as meals. I promise to keep them under 100 cal. and add them to the daily totals.
Hi Stranger, sorry I didn't post yesterday, was busy shopping for my size 10 and 12 pants and some other sexy stuff!
Bfast - Vanilla soy protien shake
snack - 2 oz beef jerky
lunch - left over burrito bowl(3oz ckn, 1oz beans, 2 oz rice, pico)
snack - rice cake and a white nectarine
dinner - still have to make, something simple
snack - yogurt

Lunch-Detour Protein Bar and Revival Soy chips
Dinner-Crab Cake and Chicken Lunch meat rolled up
Snack-Chicken Lunch meat rolled up with String cheese
2 sugar free bananna popsicles (just found them at Kroger and they are wonderful and only 15 calories)
4 gummy lifesavers
Todays total-30 grams fat, 72 Carbs and 73 protein and 905 in calories.
Well I do not normally post to the "What did ya eat today" question, but since I just admitted on a previous post that I have an eating problem I will share what I did eat, or did not eat today.
B: half cup SF oatmal
L: yogurt
Ok, yeah that is it today. Not good!
Now I am just going to close my eyes and wait for you all to flame me...

Not gonna flame But 150 cals and you got starvation mode.. as you know. Not much protein either.. as you know also. Maybe get a couple shakes in there at least to give your body something to work off of.. and spare your own bodily proteins. Hang in there girlie.. I know you are trying hard. *big hugs*
I swear I'm getting food amnesia.
B: Packet of LS (lower sugar) Quaker oatmeal (wasn't in the mood for Ka****oday) and 4 strawberries
L: 3 slices of turkey, 1 slice of CHIPOTLE cheddar cheese *yeah, baby!* on 6 garlic herb wheat crackers
D: bowl of Healthy Request chicken tortilla soup (wound up giving most of the broth to said garbage gut spouse, whose still losing weight.. grrrr)
S: mini bag of popcorn while I watch the Number 23 with my honey
I'm headed in to make tuna now. I really need to work on the protein this week. Sheesh.
