another wow moment

I LOST 2 MORE POUNDS THIS WEEK!!! I TELL YA I AM ABSOLUTELY AMAZED BECAUSE LORD KNOWS I NEED TO DO SO MUCH MORE THAN I DO AND I KNOW IT WILL COME TO A SCREECHING HAULT SOON!!! I HAVE GOT TO GET OFF THE CARCOUS (sp) AND MOVE, MOVE, MOVE AND EAT BETTER THAN I HAVE BEEN. IT IS JUST AN EVERYDAY BATTLE AS WE ALL KNOW. MINI ME

Hey there, surgery sister (you, Melissa and me...cool, huh?!) Who says it will come to a screeching halt soon? My surgeon's paperwork said the first six months were the most rapid but that the window of losing opportunity was 18 months. Yes, time is ticking away but you aren't out of time yet. I think it is going to be an everyday battle for the rest of my life. How I view it now is that I'm a recovering food addict and I take it one day at a time. Sometimes, one hour at a time. Anytime people at work try to get me to eat (which isn't very often, they are really great) I just tell them they wouldn't offer alcohol to a recovering alcoholic. It's that serious to me. Ok, let's move our tuchas's today! I'm going to go get on my stair stepper. See ya on the mb a little later!! Molly
