What did ya eat today - Thursday?
Hello December Babies.. what did you eat today?
B: 1 egg, 2 oz lean ham steak
L: Salad with romaine, 2 oz organic black beans, 2 oz chopped chicken, 1 oz light mozz cheese, sprinkle of green onion, 2 tbs of FF ranch, 1 tbsp of salsa
S: .75 ounces of cheddar cheese, about 15 assorted nuts (lots of fat here kids.. not my norm but was craving it Now makes me ponder what I am gonna have for dinner..
D: ???
S: Sugarfree bomb pop most likely
Stats so far without dinner... cals 661, fats 40 (sigh), carbs 26 (yeah), protein 55.
I need about 35 more proteins.. so I might just do some chicken or lean pork chop tonight.. pork will add some more fat tho (ugh) this is why nuts/reg cheese is a no no for me!! Oh well, I don't have days like this too often. Live and learn..
Well melissa I had horrible food day didnt feel good last 2 days and today i was hungry and made bad choices.
B: plain oatmeal
L: 4 mcdonalds chicken nuggets (bad for me but tasted so good)
D: 3/4 cup toppings off of supreme pizza and 2 bites of bottom crust
with the junk i ate today no snack tonight unless the craving for cottage cheese dont go away..
I always have cravings before my monthly it sucks.. And melissa your food always sounds so good.

-6 oz. bottled Starbucks Lite Frappucino
2) 1/2 cup Fage 0% yogurt, 1 cup strawberries
3) 1 cup watermelon, 2 oz. turkey, 1 tab. light ranch dressing
4) 1 sf fudgesicle

I am trying to make up for yesterday's xcess. Am so incredibly tired and discouraged (it has been a rough day) that I may just have another 20 oz. of my usual juice/water and go to bed. Surprisingly, the scale did not have a gain for me this morning and I stayed the same. Hoping that by getting in a lot of fluids today (wow, have I drank the heck out of my juice/water!) it won't catch up to me tomorrow morning either.
Totals so far:
525 calories, 47 gr. carbs, 8 gr. fat, 59 gr. prot.
1) protein shake
2) 1/2 cheese enchilada & 2 tsp refried beans
3) 2 oz hamburger patty w/1 oz cheese and 1 strip bacon
4) salami w/ cheese roll ups (low fat low sodium)
5) 1 cup watermelon
6) atkins protein bar
7) 2 cups watermelon (still eating it)
cals 1056 fat (don't look) 51 carb 76 (thank you watermelon) protein 81
Hi everyone I am so glad this week is over for me.....I am off tommorrow.
bfast - soy protien shake
snack - moz string cheese
lunch - sf, soy latte from starbucks. I was not at all hungry
snack - yoplait yogurt sf, and another string cheese
dinner -4 small meatballs and 1/4 cup canned spinich with hot sauce
snack - popcicles sf
Really bad on the protien but doing ok calorie wise...
