What did ya eat today - Wednesday?
B: 1 hardboiled egg; 2oz Canadian Bacon; 2oz LF Swiss
L: 2oz Turkey; 2 Wasa crackers; 2oz LF swiss
S: 1 Dannon L&F yogurt
D: 3oz pork chop; 1/4 c brown rice; tiny salad w/1 tsp dressing
S: SF/FF Choc Pudding

shame on the carbs but i cannot resist rice! Thankfully i am out of canadian bacon and LF swiss in the office fridge....have to think of something new for next week! I am soooo lazy i dont pack a meal each day -- i bring ingredients to work and eat them until they are gone....this little duo lasted almost 2 weeks.....ha ha.....
I thought I did really well yesterday. Then I entered it on fitday this morning.
1- protein shake
2- extra small banana
3- 3/4 cheese enchilada & 1 1/2 TBSP refried beans
4- low fat/low sodium salami w/cheddar cheese roll ups
5- "pizza" wrap - low carb/low fat tortilla w/ 1/2 oz cheese and 3 slices (thin) pepperoni
6- 3 oz beef jerky
7- 1/2 cheese enchilada & 1 TBSP refried beans
cals 1323 protein 108 carbs 109 fats 54
I WILL NOT be having another day like that anytime soon!!
