What did ya eat today - Tuesday?
After I scoop the seeds out I slice and dice, they go into a tupperware where they salt and peppered and then I pour over a good amount of Kuhne Salata Seasoned Vinegar Dressing. It is a German product that I get at the military commissary but you could substitute any mild vinegar product. They don't list sugar grams per serving but 1 tbsp. has 5 calories and 1 g 'total carbohydrate', 0 protein. The blurb on the front says 'with exquisite Italian herbal extracts'. It is 1.8% acetic acid/volume so not a real harsh vinegar.
When we lived in Germany I was amazed to go into a large grocery store chain there and see the huge aisle of nothing but vinegar, all different types. (ditto mustard!) They really have different, distinctive tastes unlike our normal white or cider vinegar choices. If you can't find that brand then try an import store to see what they have in the way of mild vinegars. This definitely isn't as sweet as rice wine vinegar, I think it is really superior. jmho...

Ok I have been a little lax on this lately...
bfast - protien shake
snack - 2 oz swiss cheese
lunch - green salad with bacon, beans, and cottage cheese probably around 6 oz
snack - yogurt 6 oz and 1 whole grain rice cake
dinner - 3 oz pulled pork and 3oz beans
snacke - 1tsp peanut butter on a rice cake

B - Kashi and watermelon
S - Protein bar
L - south beach frozen meal with pork and green beans (very good)
S - cherries (10) and low fat cheese stick
S - low carb hot chocolate with water (25 cal)
D - salad with chicken, almonds, peppers and low fat balsamic dressing
s - sugar free fudge bar
Trying to cut down on fruit!
