Hi Everyone! What all did you eat today? We need to have some more participation on this thread! Keeps us accountable! B: Egg Scramble - 1 egg, 2 oz diced ham steak, 0.5 oz of low fat monteray jack cheese and a pinch of onion. L: 4 oz of pollock that I breaded in whole grain crushed meltba toast with some old bay seasoning, 1 tbsp of homeade tarter (lowfat mayo and relish) and a side salad of romaine, cukes, light italian cheese blend (like 1 oz) and FF italian dressing S: Atkins protein peanut butter granola bar D: Leftovers from fajitas last night most likely, no fajita. S: might have a SF bomb pop later. If I do the popsicke, put me at 935 cals, 96 protein, 40 fats (ugh this seems to be where it always ends up each day even when I try to watch it), and 37 carbs. How did you do today?

Achiev One 2. 1/2 cup tuna salad w/ff mircle whip 2 Wasa crackers 3. 1/2 cup chicken noodle soup from Blimpies 4. 1/2 cup grapes 1 light string cheese 5. 3 oz chicken 1/2 cup broccoli 1/4 rice 6. 1 slice light wheat breaf 2 tomato slices 1 tbsp ff miracle whip 707 calories 77 carbs 81 protein Carbs are a little high, but not too bad

Hi Melissa - Hi everyone B - venti SF iced vanilla latte nonfat S - 1/2 small bag of peanuts L - one cup of green salad with some diced ham, mushrooms and cheese D - 1 1/2 cup of avacado pecan salad with a small amount of lite dressing, S homemade sf iced vanilla latte Little low on protein today but I was craving veggies!

Ok scratch the fajitas.. I am going to make my mocho/frap protein shake instead. My husband surprised me with a huge bottle of SF davinci white chocolate syrup yesterday so I gotta try that. Plus it will help my fats and stuff. So my new totals will be 868 cals (if I do the SF bomb pop, if not 843) fat 34, carbs 41, protein 99.

What a sweetheart! You are going to love that syrup, nummy! Thanks to Terri's suggestion of the Lollicup website (and the DaVinci website) I have five more bottles on the way: rootbeer, cherry, toasted marshmallow, peanut butter and huckelberry. Oooh, snowcones here we come!!! For tomorrow a.m.'s commute I am having a creamsicle protein shake. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Mmmm....! Molly (waaay late getting to bed)

mmmmmm those syrups sound delish! I am loving the thought of the toasted marshmellow.. how yum and peanut butter.. please let me know what u think of them.. i love my SF syrups!

Can you say 'shopping transfer addiction'...? I counted and when the bottles I just ordered arrive I'll have FIFTEEN bottles of sf syrup. That's a lot, I think. LOL! No wonder I don't want to give up my protein shakes, they taste too darn good. Hmm...I'm thinking now may be an excellent time for a nice cold soy latte! Molly

I have a total transfer addiction to SF lattes hot or cold.. decaff of course.. sigh but ya know what.. my doc recommended milk as part of the liquids we get in to help with our protein (not that I need a lot of help in that department, i get in plenty) but to me its like ok.. I can have milk, why not add decaff coffee and SF syrup.. both calorie free right? hehe.. I love my lattes.. such latte/syrup snobs we are Molly. Oh well.. heh

1- choc. protein drink 2- turkey breast & muenster roll ups 3- atkins peanut nougat protein bar 4- low fat/low sodium salami & cheddar roll ups 5- 1 small piece "mexican" thin crust low carb pizza 6- choc protein drink I don't know the exact count on the pizza so my figures are without it. Cal. 898, protein 99, fats 34, and carbs 50

Weird day today since I've been on my feet and busy except for checking in here off and on. Have done a terrible amount of grazing but actually my numbers aren't bad yet. 1) a total of 1 cup strawberries and half cup of watermelon 2) Carb Solutions Creamy Vanilla rtd shake 3) bottled Starbucks Frappucino Lite 4) 2 oz. chopped turkey, 1/4 cup ff jar gravy, 1/2 c sf hunts jello cup 5) a total of 1 cup watermelon and 12 oriental rice crackers (yet more grazing) 6) 2...countem' 2 cups of marinated cucumbers. (OK, this looks ridiculous but you know how things smoosh down to nothingnesss and being all wet they just run right through the funnel...case in point) 494 calories, 67 carbs, 6 grams fat, 44 grams protein So that makes me pretty far behind but way below my 100 carbs..woohoo! Guess I'd better eat something more in the way of protein before I go to bed this evening but after the cucumbers I really don't want anything. They were really satisfying and yummy!
