Good Morning! This week I lost 2 lbs but I feel and know it could have been better. I need to stay away from the SF stuff. SW: 320 LW: 215 CW:213 Right before surgery I bougth a pair a 28 pants, , tops were 2X. Right now I am wearing size 1X tops and 16W bottoms but yesterday I bought a pair of size 14 bottoms(not a W next to the size) and XL top and they fit perfectly. I promised myself that I would not buy any clothes until I hit the 200 Lbs mark so I will be wearing baggy clothes for a while(hopefully sooner than later.)

Hi Beatriz! 2 lbs is an awesome loss! I am always happy when I have 2 lb week, very good job, well done! Congrats on the regular size 14 bottoms! That is exciting. Soon you will be in ONEderland!

Yes, I can not wait to be in onederland. It would be a very, very happy day for me. It would be very nice if it happens the day of my bday but it's too soon so as long as it happens I will be happy whenever.

Opps! I forgot. I would love to be a size 10 nothing less than that. I am almost 6 ft tall, so I am afraid that anything smaller than a 10 would be too short.

HW: 372 SW: 349 LW: 215 CW: 215 No loss but I don't usually this week of the month, if you know what I mean. I started wearing 30/32 tops and bottoms. I just recently bought a new dress for my wedding anniversary next week in a 16 and it is a halter style that I have never worn in my life. I also just bought some new jean shorts I in a 14 and a couple of large tops.

Hi Amy, I hear ya on that time of the month stuff. I usually lose during my period but then the week I put that nuvaring in, I gain a few pounds of water weight then drop that off then the next week even more. I should be losing some this week if the pattern works out the way it usually does (fingers crossed). You are doing excellent, keep up the great work. That is exciting about your size 16 halter style dress! I would love to see pics of you in it!

Hi Melissa, Hope you get some rest today so you can get back to your usual schedule. Can't believe summer is half over already and I'm trying to get my son interested in back to school shopping. (it's hard with him!) HW: 268 SW: 230 LW: 142 CW: 140.5 (you bet I'm counting that .5 cause I'd rather count it than rollup higher) My jeans were women's 22 and so tight that I should have been wearing 24's, tops were between 3 and 4X because my butt and hips were so big. Currently wearing size 6 and 8 pants (I actually bought a size 4 skirt yesterday, that had to be a mistagged item) tops small and med. Although, I got a couple of sweaters at Costco a few days ago that were XL and in no way look or fit like XL. My goal for the week is to add another three exercise sessions on top of what I already do at work. If Erin is being good and doing her stretches twice a day then I can certainly add a few extra workouts myself. My core is weak and my back would sure appreciate the boost. Molly

Hey Molly, wow how does it feel to still be losing past your goal? What is your second goal now? Or do you have one? I dream of being a size 6/8, that must feel like a million bucks.. that truly is my ultimate goal, I envy you! Congratulations on doing so well with this surgery and being at goal already! great week for you!

Thank you, thank you. You will be at goal before you know it and I can't wait to be celebrating with you!!! My goal now is to stay in my bounce zone between 140 and 145. Any lower prob. would not look good on me since I've already got some good hollows going below my eyes and it'd just look creepy if there was more weight gone in my face. Wow, that is really vain...sorry. But...I do have some really specific exercise goals! I want to reshape my waist and reduce the size there, tone my core, build up my tuchas and the back of my thighs. I only stick with my PT exercises on my upper arms because of past injuries so I'm not looking at doing anything drastic there. Molly
