Melissa hasn't posted this so she may still be recuperating from her work weekend. This is pretty late but at least we can keep it up from our journaling. Mine isn't anything to be proud of but if I post it then it is public and not hidden eating, something I must overcome if this is to be successful. Long, hard day today without much sleep last night so the food started out good and then got bad once I got home and was busy around the house. Now I'm pooped and headed to bed soon. 1) frosty protein shake 2) 3/4's of a Stallone protein pudding with 1/2 cup kashi go lean mixed in 3) inside of a chicken/apple sausage, 1/2 cup watermelon, 1 oz. cheese (eaten over an hour, big no-no) 4) 1 cup strawberries, 5) 1/2 cup soymilk w/decaf espresso and sf Irish Cream coffee syrup over ice (this is only liquid but it counts since it has calories) 6) 1 mini bag popcorn 7) 1 oz soy crisps, 8) 1 lite fudgesicle 960 calories, 71 carbs, 24 gr. fat, 90 gr. protein Although I did come in way short of my 100 gr. carbs they weren't very well spent carbs. Tomorrow will be a better day. No grazing and only six feedings.

Oh Molly, thanks for posting this for me. I just got home! After sleeping 5 hours I got up and went to support group (pat on the back for me) then went to dinner with a friend and then to a movie. My day is kinda "flighty" with foods and I didn't track it today, first time in a long time I have never done that. Your day looks spectacular compared to mine. I have a feeling I won't have much to anything down this week for tomorrow's weigh in.. sigh. 1) 150 cal atkins cinnamon bun protein bar and 70 cal no sugar added Kozy apple pie puddding cup. 2) Protein shake (first time i have done this in a LONG time) - my recipe with SF khalua, chocolate and deaf coffee and soy milk.. yum. Wow I have missed that. 3) 2 light mozz cheesesticks. 4) fajitas from a mexican restaraunt. About 1 strip of chicken, 2 shrimps, 2 small strips (very small) of steak and a spoonfull of beans and bite of onion and pepper on 1/2 of a whole grain tortilla, sprinkle of cheese. **this is where I should have stopped*** 5) Carmel chocolate crunch 150 cal atkins bar - uhm wow these are good. I had to be at or over 1000 cals, WAY high on protien over 100 grams, carbs heavy im sure at 60ish if I were to guess. Fats in the upper 40's probably with both of those bars. It coulda been worse but not proud of it.. back on track tomorrow.. I just hope I at least stay the same for weigh in tomorrow (been stalling this week). Being that it is now 2am I won't be up early to do the weigh in post.. anyone can feel free to do it, molly you, anyone.. or I will be glad to do it when I wake up tomorrow which will probably be later in the morning.. still pretty sleep deprived from the weekend, thus the muchies/grazing today.... ugh. This is so unlike me, I don't like it.

I did not realize that Shrimp have virtually no nutritional value....they are 7.5 calories a piece .1 fat, .1 carb and only 1.4 protein. But they are sooo tasty! B- 2oz Canadian Bacon 2oz Light Swiss 1 egg L: 3oz Tuna Romaine Dannon L&F Yogurt S: 1 lf string cheese D: 5 grilled Shrimp 1/2 C. Rice 1 tbsp Tartar Sauce S: 1/2 c sf,ff choc pudding 795 cal 29 g Fat 42 g Carbs 78 protein
