Erin, how did your appointment go?
Hi Molly thank you for asking, you are such a sweetheart..I wasn't online at all this weekend. My friend came in for the weekend and I was busy with her, and I feel kinda out of schedule so I will be back on track this week. Well yes I did go to the PT she said it is not my siatic nerve(thank god) but compression on the nerve roots. She did some manipulation on my spine and told me that my core is very weak from all the muscle tone loss. So I need to really work on that. I am going to see her every 2 weeks until my back feels better. I am doing stretches every day 2 x a day until I see her next. It's something that I will live with the rest of my life unfortunately, but I need to get a strong body to keep my spine sturdy. You'll see more of me this week
I hope you have a wonderful week!!!
Hugs, Erin
Erin,
Glad to hear that you had a good weekend with your friend! And especially glad that you weren't at home hurting. Whew!
It sounds like you are really on your way to dealing with your back, that's great. I bet with your PT's help you will get your core built up much quicker than you think. When I was able to do my pilates it amazed me how fast I got results. Those muscles just love to be trained.
Keep up with your stretching and you have a good week too!!
Molly
