What did ya eat today - Friday?

I am early but hubs and I are gonna go out tonight on date night.. woohoo. So thought I would check in real quick and see what ya'all are munching on today! I worked last night so I kinda have a weird eating day. B: 1 ounce of provolone, 3 oz deli turkey plain. 15 of those new multigrain cinnamon/sugar mini's. Even though they are only 60 cals for 11 of them, they do nothing but trigger me. This is the first time since surgery that I went out on a limb and through I would try something like this. Cannot and does not work for me. I had to hide the bags.. well ok I tried bran crackers once, same thing.. no way no way no way.. triggers that endorphin carb rush that I don't need! Cals 284, protein 28, carbs 18 L: Just now had homeade chicken cordon blue - 1 oz lean ham steak, 1.5 ounces of chicken breast and 0.5 ounces of meunster cheese and a 1/4 cup grilled fresh mix of vegetables. 112 cals, 22 proteins. Had to make up for the breakfast with low cal and high protein. D: Hubby and I are going out tonight. I will make a good choice, easy to do for me going out. I love that places make it easy now for us. I am at 444 calories now. 20 carbs, 50 proteins and 17 fats. After dinner that will change and I am sure I will do a snack later too.

Hope you had a good night out. I have tried to get back into a better eating pattern today but still fighting the migraine and only slept 4 1/2 hrs last night which didn't help. The combination makes it tough to eat right. 1) Frosty protein shake 2) 200 cal prot. bar 3) 1/2 cup kashi go lean 4) 3 oz. tuna mixed with 1/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese...my first non pureed tuna! 5) tried to eat a home-made soy cake/cheese 'sandwich' and after trying to throw up the half of it that I ate for three hours now I am throwing the rest of the batch away as well as the recipe. Just can't do it. 6) maybe some sf jello....
