I FEEL FRUSTRATED
Isabel, don't feel frustrated! You have done great and 85 pounds is excellent! I am under goal and have 'only' lost 88 pounds. No matter how much you have left to lose, just keep up with the basics of exercising, eating protein first at all your meals and keeping track of your daily calories and nutrition. You are doing fine and you can keep going!

Isabel you have done wonderful...how far are you from goal? I have lost like 90 lbs and it is coming off sloowww now so don't give up. Come on this site for support, I try and come here everyday to keep up my motivation. I was on almost a month long plateu but a little changes here and there( I was snacking too much) Are you eating alot of fruit or carbs? I know fruit is good but it can slow wt loss down if you are eating it too often. How are you doing with your protien?

Its understandable that you feel frustated but take a moment and look at how much weight you have lost so far and remember when was the last time you lost this amount of weight before? Also, take a look at how your habits and eating has changed and you will see a lot of improvement. No matter how was or how slow you lose the wieght, the important part is that you are loosing and you are changing your habits.
Keep up the good work, it will cacth up with you before you know it.
