OMG I totally forgot to weigh this morning. I had to get out of the house early for a test and well.. you know how it is. I'll answer the question though. The biggest difference is playing with my kids! My folks live in Tennessee and we went to Dollywood last month. I was able to ride all the rides and have a great time with my family. It did not exhaust me to walk all day either. I would not have even attempted this before surgery. Have a great day and I'll do better next week!

HW: 265 SW: 240 LW: 179 CW: 179 Pounds lost for week: 0 I'm playing with my kids...going to the pool, riding a bike, going to the gym, more comfortable in social situations and I'm able to shop/run errands//clean house without becoming exhausted/worn out. I can go all day long. I can run, RUN up and down my stairs. There's just so many things I can do now...I'm so thankful for this surgery.

Hi Shawneea! Hey nothing gained, nothing lost.. that is A-OK. Maybe you will see a loss next week, keep doing what you are doing, we all have weeks like that.

CAn I have a "do over"? I weighed 176 this morning. I wanted to sneak it in here since next week I'm due for my monthly cycle which inevitably means gain.
