REALLY late... sorry - What did you eat today - Thursday?
Hi everyone! So sorry this is so late. My husband and I were busy with his family most of the day and I just got in. Here is what I have eaten today..
B: 3/4 Kashi Go Lean (not the crunch.. btw Erin you aren't doing the "crunch" are you? It has more sugar.. just thought of that) with 1/3 cup light vanilla soy milk and 1/4 cup fresh blueberries.
L: 4 oz of chicken fajita meat and veggies (no tortilla) with tbsp of light sour cream and 1/2 oz of light monteray jack cheese.
D: We went out to eat.. had a taco salad with no sour cream just some salsa and no chips. I ate mostly the meat and cheese.
S: Atkins Peanut Butter Protein Bar
I know breakfast and lunch added up to 400 cals and my bar is 210, so I am saying around 850-900 for the day and I know I got my protein in just fine.

3. ½ cup Tuna Salad w/FF Miracle Whip 120 cal 26 protein
2 WASA Crackers 60 cal 2 protein
½ cup NSA Pears in Juice 60 cal
4. 3 celery sticks 2 calories
2 tablespoons Smart Balance Crunchy Peanut butter 200 cal 7 protein
5. .5 breadstick from Olive Garden 70 cal 3 protein
.5 cup salad w/LF dressing 64 cal 1 protein
2 oz steak 141cal 11protein
less than 1 oz angel hair pasta 37 cal 1 protein
6. Decaf, Nonfat, SF Carmel Machiato from Starbucks 130 cal
1 Wasa Cracker 30 cal 1 protein
.5 oz LF Monteray Jack cheese 53 cal 3 protein
Total 1193 calories and 85 protein and of course over a gallon of water.
bfast-protien shake
snack - 4 bites of ckn breast
lunch - 2oz beans, 2oz ckn, 1 oz tuna salad
snack - 90 cal pack of rice cake and a SB iced soy latte with sf syrup
dinner - 2oz ckn breast w/ cheese, 2 oz left over lasgna(had turkey, spinich, carrots, very little pasta)
snack - 10 glazed pecans
Melissa it was the regular go lean, I've seen the crunch before.
