B: 1 egg, 2 oz lean ham steak (my favorite filling meal and low cal to boot!) 146 cals, 17 proteins.
L: 4 oz wrapped talapia (spinach and cheese) with side salad with cheese, FF italian and some "salad toppings" (not croutons - has some dried veggies, fake bacon bits and sunflower seeds). 242 cals, 24 proteins.
S: Having a large hot SF cinnamon dolce latte with 10 oz of light vanilla soy milk and some light whip on top. 95 cals, 8 proteins.
D: Making chicken fajitas. with 1/2 ounce light cheese, 1 tbsp light sour cream and a tbsp of salsa. No Fajita. 241 cals, 35 proteins.
S: popcorn - mini bag with butter spray.100 cals, 3 proteins.
824 cals, 88 proteins, carbs 37, fat 33.

A little high today 1099 calories and 92 protein. COming up on that time of the month, always extra hungry the week before. I also drank over a gallon of water today.

Bfast-protien shake( I went back to them because I cannot stomach b-fast, my sister is a dietition and she said as long as I use it as a replacement, it should be fine)
lunch - 3 oz tuna salad, 5 soy crisps, 2oz pork
snack - 1/2 cup kashi go crunch and on teaspoon peanut butter
dinner - 2 oz chkn(got stuck) 2 bites of califlower
snack - probably a popsicle

Bkfst: southwestern egg-beaters, about 1/2 cup with 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and 1 Tbsp of Newman's Own black bean and corn salsa.
"skinny" coffee decaf with splenda and ff creamer
Lunch: Homemade chicken taco salad with about 4 oz grilled chicken, lettuce, onion, peppers, 1/4 c shredded cheese, 2Tbsp ranch and 2 Tbsp salsa
Snak: SF popsicle
Dinner: South Beach chicken and veg pizza
