What did ya eat today - Monday?

This is a cut and paste from the RNY board, I am not seeing much activity with this what did ya eat today post? Give me feedback, liking it? If you aren't posting, is there a reason why you aren't? Please don't be shy. We don't bite Have a great week everyone!
How did ya do eating wise today? I haven't had much so far since I slept part of the day b/c I worked last night.
B: 2 oz ham, 1 egg
L: (eating now) 4 oz of spinach and cheese stuffed talapia. I found these stuffed talapias at walmart this morning in individual servings and they also have red pepper/scallop stuffed and herb shrimp stuffed, each 1 buck! Low fat, 110 cals, 17 proteins, ya just can't beat it! I am trying to get my iron up so I am having the spinach one and a salad with baby spinch a little cheese and light honey mustard dressing. I did add some seasoning to the fi**** needs it a little. You must try these! Oh and a bit of onion home grown from my garden on the salad.. yum. Patiently waiting for the other vegtables to grow to full size.
D: Gosh who knows.. one thing at a time lol Mondays are rough for me. Maybe a protein bar. I found the sugar free bomb pops left over from the 4th of july, ya woulda thought i was a kid in a candy store, I bought the last 3 boxes! Haha.. gonna have one of those for sure tonight also.
I just wanted to tell you that I'm glad you started this thread. I track my eating on a free website but will start posting here as well. well tuesday anyway..I was worried that I eat too much but seeing what others eat at the same stage makes me feel better. I have been eating wayyyy to many carbs lately so this will help me stay on track!
Glad you like it, we are gonna try it for a while and hopefully keep it rolling! Please feel free to post!! That is what it is all about! We will be doing weekly weigh-ins on Tuesdays, I kinda did a poll and that is what we decided. So I will be posting that this morning, feel free to jump in and play along if you choose!
To edit from last night.. I ended up eating more.. my appetite is back more this week as it is the week before my montly (don't ya girls hate that?!?!)
I ended up not eating a protein bar, I had a Dannon Vanilla fit and light yogurt with a tsp of SF Raspberry Jam (yum) and some kashi go lean sprinkled on top. I was up late and yes had more, 1 mini bag of popcorn with FF butter spray and then 1 light mozz cheesestick. I don't eat popcorn often but if I get munchie, I figure for a 100 calories it really tames the beast down, so I always keep it around for days like that. Honestly it hasn't affected my weight loss that I can tell as long as it is an occasional treat, I have it one a week maybe.
What did you eat yesterday?
I will be out of town (I am pretty sure we are going today) to Rochester MN so I might be late posting.. you can either wait for me or go ahead and post yourselves tonight (that never offends me! Please know that!) Have a great Tuesday everyone!
