Does anyone eat these roll ups? If so what kind of "sauce "do you use, if any? I do not like cream cheese so that's out, i tried it with Miracle Whip and it was o.k. Any ideas?

Yes! I make mine with a slice of Louis Rich Oven Baked turkey breast and a slice of Kraft Fat Free American cheese. No sauce needed for me, this makes a really moist combo. I usually buy enough to make a big batch and then freeze them in-between layers of waxed paper so they are easy to grab out two at a time. It comes out to 55 calories and 9 grams of protein per rollup. That isn't too bad on the calorie budget and then I usually have a half cup of a fruit or veggie to accompany. They thaw out overnight in the fridge so i usually just grab out six or eight of them at a time and keep in a tupperware till I want to eat them. They are very filling, too, and last in the pouch a long time as long as I don't eat something too watery with them. I'm lovin' watermelon right now but it smushes down to just liquid and a little pulp in the pouch and wants to wash out any other food that is in there with it so I try to be careful to eat it first and the meat second if I go for that kind of combo. I used to love those (the many times I tried Atkins). They sound good now, but I know from experience that I just do not do well with any type of cold cut.

I usually put in a little dijon mustard...gives it that extra kick. Very yummy!
