Hey Everyone. I hope everyone had a safe and fun 4th of July. I was pretty good. This is what I ate yesterday, definently the most carbs I have ever had in a day but I cannot complain. Now if the dreaded scale would move from 179-180, I would be more than thrilled. Sure has slowed down for me these day!
B: 3/4 cups kashi, 1/3 cup van soy milk and blueberries
L: 1.5 oz chicken, 1/3 cup bean salad (made myself with FF italian drsng) and 1/2 deviled egg.
S: 2 baby carrot sticks, 1 oz light string cheese, .5 oz peanuts
D: Southbeach wrap using only one tortilla, all the cheese, chicken and salsa. Left the other tortilla and jello.
S: 3/4 of a kids popcorn at the 4th of july celebration.
Could have been a lot better, could have been worse. Got home and realized I hadn't ran. Yep got on my treadmill for a 1 (instead of 2) mile run at 11pm. I was feeling guilty about the popcorn knowing I over did my carbs at that point. Right below 1000 calories still. Of course the scale sticks at 180 (had gotten down to 179) has been teetoring between the 2 numbers. Ugh... move scale move.. lol.
