What did u eat today?

Are you eating fruit? Still making shakes? What about protein bars?
Here was my day:
1 100 cal. South beach peanut butter snack bar
5 strawberriers and 1 lite string cheese stick
6 oz. turkey chili with beans and 2% cheddar on top
sugar free pudding cup
chicken (1/2 breast) with lettuce and organic low-fat dressing
water, water, water, water + protein hot chocolate (15 g. protein)

Rebecca, good thread! Yesterday I was so jazzed about getting to goal that I wasn't a bit hungry and didn't get in all my calories even though I did work in all the water and protein. So today, I was just ravenous all day it seemed. Instead of my usual 7-800 calories I am already at 947 but feel better for having caught up on nutrition, so to speak. Am too tired right now for the full list (it is past my bedtime at 8 p.m. already) but what my usual day consists of is a protein shake at around 160 calories, a half-cup of Kashi Go Lean, 2 oz.of protein such as chicken or tuna with some sort of sauce and some fruit or veggie...usually 1/4-1/2 cup depending on how soft it is. Then I usually have something 'snacky' like a cup of sf kettle corn or an ounce of soy crisps, then my dinner which is usually the same types and amounts as lunch (the protien and fruit or veggie thing), and then something dairy for evening like a pudding cup or a half cup of cottage cheese or a cheese stick.
Of course there is a wide variation from day to day but that's the basic formula for me. When I'm on a strawberry kick I'll measure out a whole cup and then just graze on it till it's gone. The grazing part is bad, of course, but it is a measured amount and it is sweet and so satisfying that I don't feel guilty over it. Now if I started popping a rice cracker or cheese that same way it would make me worry but so far, so good on keeping this grazing within sane bounds.
