I am officially not obese!!!

Well I went to my 6 mo check on Friday, my labs looked great and my np said I was exceeding their expectations. So I was thrilled!!! Here's the best part, my cholseterol was down to 145 from 240. And he said my bmi is 29.6, I am offically not obese anymore!!!!! Just overweight ....yippppie!!!! Just thought I would share....take care Erin

Woohoo!!! That was a great checkup...you are doing awesome! Isn't it amazing to get out of that obese category finally? We are all so lucky to have been given these great chances at improving our health and lives. Keep up all your great work!!! Molly
