Can't figure out avatar

I have looked and looked and can't find where to make a new avatar here. My daughter took a picture which isn't too horrible (ok, I'm still very critical of myself) but when I uploaded it to my regular album here it literally stretched my face out...ugh! So I deleted it right away but wonder if I managed to get it used for an avatar would it do the same thing? Argh...being computer illiterate has its drawbacks!!! Molly

Ok, I am replying to myself here. Looks like I did figure it out but by changing the photo to the 100 x 100 pixels they need it is now all grainy and out of focus. How come other pictures come out better than that at their settings? It wasn't like that before I changed it??? Oh well...at least is is now an updated photo. Molly

Wow, thank you! I read your post to my husband and he was having an early morning brain-short and thought you meant Rosalyn Carter (first lady) and he made a terrible face. LOL Once I explained to him who you really meant he thought that was a very sweet compliment. Me too! Hugs! Molly

LOL out him thinking it was Mrs Carter. That would be like being told I look like Eleanor Roosevelt. Although I do admire both women very much, I would not want to be mistaken (looks wise) for either of them.

Thank you, Angela! Your new photo looks wonderful! You are doing awesome!!! Since my last avatar was in a red shirt I made sure to wear one for this one so people would recognize me here. One of these days whenever I have the time (ha!) I really need to update my computer skills because they have sorely slipped over the years. Molly
