6 Month Annv/Update

Hi Everyone, Just wanted to say hello and give you my 6 month update. I started this journey at 5'10, 316 pounds and tomorrow is my 6 mo anniversary I weigh 214 that's 102 pounds gone WooHooo!!! I will be 49 this coming Saturday and I have to tell you that I feel better than I did at 30 and I thank God every single day for this life saving life changing surgery. I went from having difficulty walking around the store to working out 5 days a week at the gym and have even started to jog/walk in my evening routine. I am living life to it's fullest and I'm not done yet!!!!! Stephanie

Hi Stephnie and big congratulations! Wow more than 100 pounds gone in 6 months. Good going! I love to read about us as we get happier and happier and our lives get better and better, but busier and busier. I too thank God and my angel every day and I am only 80 pounds down. But I don't care. Every day is SO much better than before and I have 80 reasons to smile. You just keep smiling as 102 becomes 105 and 108 and... nancy

Stephanie, congratulations on your surgiverary tomorrow. You are doing great!!! Today is my surgiversary and I've been walking around on a cloud with a permagrin on my face. I weighed 255 when I first got my approval to see my surgeon and from then till now I have lost 105...it just blows my mind. Today when I got on the scale I had a pleasant surprise that I hit the 80# mark from my surgery-day weight. We are all so lucky to have been given these precious, precious tools. Molly
