Poll: What do you do for exercise? How many cals are you consuming now?
Hey all!!
Just a little poll to see what everyone is doing for exercise and calorie consumption..
Exercise - I do 1/2 hour on the treadmill at least 4 days usually 5 days a week. I run at 3.9 and walk maybe 5 mins of it at 3.7. I cannot believe I am actually running! Many times (at least 3 times) I will take a mile or two walk outside with the dog also in the evenings. I also do hand weights for my arms and ankle weights with floor exercises and ab crunches, etc twice a week.
Calories- I aim for 800, sometimes I get in near 1000 which I think is ok as long as I am exercising like I am. Most of the time though its 800. I usually have 3 meals and a snack/shake a day. I can eat about 3-4 ounces of meat with veggies on the side. A cup of soup.
How about you? What do you do for exercise and whats your food intake like?

I do one hour of walking outside 5x (every morning before work). After work I go to the gym and walk for 10 minutes on 4.0-4.3 (depending how tired I am) and then I run for 10-15 minutes on 5.0-5.5. Then I walk again at 4. I do this 5x a week as well. I also do weights three times a week. I just finished volleyball season and golf season is starting next week so I will be doing that as well.
As for eating I don't worry about calories because my nut said I didn't need to. If I guessed I would be at 800-1000 each day. I eat three meals and one snack in the morning. My biggest meal is lunch and I really struggle to eat dinner.

I go to the gym 3 days/week. I do a half hour on the treadmill and then work with a personal trainer on weights. I also have an eliptical at home that I use on the other days. I want to get out and walk more now that the weather is nice, but that is a struggle. There always seems like so much needing to be done in the house and yard.
