A lightweight is someone with a low-er BMI (but at least 40), and with less than 120 pounds to lose (I think its 120 pounds). I had 103 to lose. We tend to have different results than others with more to lose, so there is a board unique to those lightweights. Angela

Thanks for the info. I had no idea there was such a group. I only had 101 to lose from my highest weight to goal, so I guess that makes me a "light weight" too. Although it certainly seems odd to think that. LOL I will check out that board... I am assuming it is here on OH?

Yes, you are a lightweight. The board is here on OH and it is under "W"- Weight loss surgery-lightweights. Its in the 2nd section in the forums under "states". I know its odd, I certainly didnt feel like a lightweight but we are when you consider some people have double that to lose. Angela
