Finally posted my 3 month pics!

It's about time for my 4-month pictures, so thought I'd best get these 3 month shots uploaded! I've lost 67 lbs. since surgery and like most of you, I'm starting to lose my hair and am not liking it! I plan to call my stylist in the morning and just go for a short cut and get it over with. I still have trouble with protein drinks tasting too sweet, so I'm open to any suggestions for getting in my 70 grams per day. I love chili (made with ground beef and lots of beans) and make a large pot of it most every week - it seems like the hotter and spicier, the better it tastes to me. I'm not a big fan of meats by themselves - if I eat meat it has to be very, very moist or covered in some type of soup/gravy. Everyone keep up the great work - I think we're all doing SUPER!

Hi Patti, Just want to start by saying CONGRATS!! On the weight loss. I hear you about the meat thing,just cant seem to get it down unless its covered in gravy or sauce of some sort,I havn't yet tried to eat chili,I just might have to try it out.The only meat I can eat by its self is a grilled chicken patty from Mcdonalds.I eat it with a bacon salad and lowfat Italian dressing,oh and pork tamales I can also handle.You keep up the great work and your looking good there hun,Godbless and take care. Patti, You are doing well!! I agree that whatever meat I eat has to be "wet". I can eat chicken, beef , pork and steak but again it has to be in gravy or grilled and very tender. I also love to eat seafood--shrimp and fish works well for me too. Good luck to you. Chili , especially spicy chili, sounds awesome!! with cheese on top. Angela
