Hair loss

I was hoping that I would be one of the lucky ones and not have to experience this. My hair is really coming out. I have heard this happens at about 3 months. Monday the 19th is my 3 month mark. I do have to say that I am very pleased with this tool that has been given me. I have dumped 4 or 5 times. That sux but I have been trying to add things to my diet. I hope all my December sisters and brothers are doing well. Corinn 245/188/130

I hear you regarding the hair loss.......I'm right there with you. It is a little freaky (as my kids would say) but all indications are that it is temporary... Take care, Janie

Corinn, I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this. Isn't it weird how we know that it is supposed to happen and we know that it will stop and then regrow but it STILL bothers us??? Mine started a few weeks ago, slowly and I got to the hairdresser right away and had about 4" lopped off so that it doesn't look so alarming in the shower and all over my clothes. I figure that by the time it stops falling out and regrows the length will be coming back too. Do you think we'll have regrowth back to where we started by the end of summer? I hope so! You have such pretty hair, hope that it stops quickly for you. Congratulations on the dumping, btw. It is a great part of this tool and even though I've only gotten it once it has really helped me stay in line with the rules. But like you, I need to be adding more new things to my diet. Hello right there with you! I hate this. Everything else is going great but this is quite scary! I have started taking Biotin and fish oil tabs. People say nothing works but it makes me feel like I am trying to fix the problem so i continue to do it, hope it stops soon take care Kelly

I have been taking my biotin also. We just have to get through this "side effect". I also hope yours stops soon. Corinn
