Exercise Group!

Hey, y'all! I know, I know... I'm a day late with my posting! I'm sorry about that. I've been hit with a nasty upper-respitory infection (UTI) that has completely knocked me out. The ironic thing? I think I got it from someone at the gym! Monday - Cardio (35 minutes), arms (30 minutes) and abs (15 minutes). Tuesday - Walking (only about 10 minutes, though... was feeling sick). Wednesday - SICK. Thursday - Pushed through it! Cardio (30 minutes), legs (30 minutes), and abs (15 minutes). Friday - Felt even worse... probably shouldn't have worked-out on Thursday...! Saturday (today) - Home, sick. So, there you go. Tip of the week? IF YOU'RE SICK, GET YOUR REST AND DRINK YOUR FLUIDS. Don't be a hero! Much love, Krystal

Krystal, hope you are feeling a little better today. Can't believe you still went to the gym when you felt bad...wow! You ARE resting today too, right? Hope so! My week wasn't that great for exercise. Monday through Friday were the usual hard days at work...speed walking, stairs, lifting and then every day I did some sort of errand or shopping where I ended up walking at least another hour and by the time I got home I was too pooped to exercise. Saturday was my Pilates day, today I did the stair stepper and added another ten minutes to it and am going to drag DH outside for a walk this afternoon. Really yucky, gray day but it still will be good to get some fresh air. Wednesday is my 3-month check-up and I'd really like to be at the 50# mark. Have sat at 48# lost for the last week so maybe the scale will be nice and move for me by then. If not, well... it is still 48# gone! Feel better, Krystal and keep at it. I will try to be better this week but have to put in longer hours as well as working next weekend too so I am not promising anything. Molly
