Calorie Question
My nut. says to aim for 500-600 and every so often I check through my food diary to see how I am doing but certainly don'****ch it every day. I made myself a list of some of my best foods and included calories, protein and carb grams so I can sort of chart it though the day if I get worried about it. So I know that if I want to have some higher calorie selections for some of my intake then I just use some of the lower calorie selections for the rest of the day. Has been working pretty well.
