200-Club!!
Thanks, everyone!!!!!
I'm seriously excited. Like I said, I haven't been this size in a long time, and know that it's only going to get better and better the more I exercise, watch what I eat, and take care of myself.
All of that being said, yesterday wasn't the best day for me. I tried eating my first few bites of an omellete (one egg, some cheddar cheese, and bits of ham) on Sunday, and I got so sick!! I know I didn't eat too much, and I know I chewed well, but I ended-up in the bathroom at church an hour later, throwing up. I did the same thing later that night at a friend's house, after some of the shrimp I ate didn't agree with me.
As it turns out, I think it made me lose another couple of pounds. Not the way I wanted it done!!

Krystal, if you are willing to try egg again...add some non-chunky salsa or taco sauce on top. With my VBG I was never able to eat eggs without a sauce of some sort and that is what ended up tasting the best to me. Hard to give eggs up, they are such a good source of protein and essential fatty acids.
Shrimp I can't help you with...it gives me migraines so I don't eat them anymore anyway. Maybe a chunk or two wasn't well chewed? Shrimp is supposed to be such wonderful food for everybody who has had weight loss surgery.
Wow, you are going to be out of the 290's pretty darned soon. Hard way to get a few pounds off (from the vomiting, I mean) but you are doing great!
