First post 1 1/2 months post op

Hey my name is Lela and I had surgery 12/27/2006. I have lost a good bit since surgery (34 lbs). So far I haven't had much of any problems. I realize Im not drinking enough water but Im trying to do better daily. I havent had a regular exercise routine due to cold weather, but I do try to walk on warmer days.

Hi Lela, I am 2 months post op today. I still have trouble getting all my water in. Some days are better than others. I also haven't found a scedule for excersise. I have been walking on warmer days too. Here in VA we are expecting some warmer weather starting tomorrow. So for the rest of the week I will be walking. Today I am taking the kids to the roller skating rink. That is good excersise. Don't get to down on yourself. We need to undo a whole life time of bad habits and replace them with good ones.
