http://www.beforeandafterchat.com/index.php?showtopic=6056 Someone else posted this awhile back and it has been very helpful to me. I wish we had a list like this here on OH. Maybe we already do and I just don't know where it is??? Anway, this is a good list for those of us still on puree and soft foods. Also pinned in the same section of Susan Maria's website is another list of protein foods that are good lunches. Molly

I love that site. I have cooked a couple of the soft foods. I drink the protein drinks. I feel fabulous and I know that this is my source for good nutrition. I know that OH has a nutrition site as well.

Krystal, you are so sweet! I wish I knew who the kind person was who posted this site when I first saw it...what a great resource. Did you find the lunches? I printed them out for my WLS binder and someday when I can eat better I will be enjoying those ideas. One of my favorites from the puree list is the ricotta with spaghetti sauce. I found a ready-made sauce very low in sugar and froze it in ice cube trays and then popped them into a zip-lock baggie. Very easy to grab a cube of sauce and nuke it first then add the ricotta...tastes just like lasagne minus the noodles. Molly aha...I was able to grab the address for the lunch list: http://www.beforeandafterchat.com/index.php?showtopic=673
