Speaking of Dreams....
Patti mentioned in my other thread that she has been having so many vivid dreams. I just wanted to mention...ME TOO!!! I have had ALOT of dreams since the WLS. Some of them are wild, some of them are incredibly vivid and alive. It's crazy because I remember them so much when I first wake up.
Anyone else besides Patti and I have a change in dreaming habits since their surgery??
Well, I have had the opposite effect! I used to have the craziest, wildest dreams that would throw me for a loop but ever since surgery, I haven't dreamed much at all. I am not sure if it is because I sleep harder once I finally fall asleep and that I am so exhausted because it takes me so long to get to sleep or if it is just because I am more at peace with things...not sure, lol! I could usually remember the majority of my dreams when I woke up but if I am dreaming now...I am not remembering any of them.
I've also been having far more vivid and memorable dreams then I usually do since the surgery. Especially dreams that come closer towards the morning that I feel like I wake up from when it's time for work. No complaints though, nothing wrong with the dreams... they're pleasant not scary or anything. But you're absolutely right, this is something that they never mention to you.
