3 Weeks Post op

Everything is going great!!!! I am 3 weeks post op and I have lost 31 pounds and I am so excited....I am doing great eating and I can't believe how awsome I feel...Everyone is telling me that my attitude has changed so much and that I am looking so good...Ego boost...lol

That is so neat! I am so happy for you. I am week and a half out and feel like this was a great decision! I've lost 19 lbs so hopefully by 3 weeks I can get to where you are too!! Isn't this neat to see our bodies change so quickly. Kristina
