Surgery on 10/6/04...gained a few pounds since...need to talk

Hello everybody. I haven't been on here in a while. I had gastric bypass surgery on October 6, 2004 and lost 164lbs. My lowest weight was 129 which was last year and I am currently 140lbs. I know this is not a lot of weight but it is a gain and I'm feeling really down and need to talk with someone. If anybody has experience this please give me some advice. Thanks
