im new to this site... hello everyone

Hello everyone, my name is lisa. i live in new york, and 29 years old. I am intersted in getting the lap band and finally being a good weight. Ive been up and down my whole life since being a fat kid to now weighing in 250 pounds. the lowest i have been was 175 and that was 2 years ago, when i was on phentermine, once i stopped i gained it all back. I was always a happy person but lately for the past year ive been depressed, and i dont want to die young of obesity or anything having to do with it. Im intersted in meeting new friends, who i can talk to. I am intersted in hearing your stories, and sharing mine. thanks for listening. Lisa

We've all landed here for some reason or another, so it's interesting to hear how. I'm 23, so I understand what you mean about not wanting to die young.
