Incision Lumps?

Hi, hope everyone post-op is doing well and pre-ops getting excited. I am two weeks out and don't have my post-op exam till next Wednesday. Don't want to bother the doctor with this question yet, am sure it isn't anything urgent but I'm curious if anybody else has lumps behind their lap incisions? Three of my five little cuts have lumps behind them that feel about the size of a marble. Just curious what this might be, of course I'll ask next week but thought maybe some of you might know. I've been trying to rub some cream into the scar areas to break down the scarlines as they form, and the lumps do concern me a bit. Am not rubbing too hard in case I am irritating anything but I don't want those scars to get bad. I have a tendency to make keloid-type scars and sure want to minimize them. Thanks! Molly
