Pre-op diet is hard!!

This pre-op diet is very hard to do right now at the holidays, everyone at work is eating out and sweets. I only have till Monday and I just pray that I can make it through. I have eaten so many Sugar Free popcicles i feel like one.

I'm a week post-op...it's even harder!!! Hang in there! We'll get through it! Stephany

Oh Brandi, I know exactly what you're going through. I hope you can refocus your mind and remind yourself WHY you are doing this. Yes it hard and if you have to eat SF popscicles, do it. I do! Joanne

OMG. I haven't chewed anything in eight days...only a few more. We'll get through this together.

Brandi- It'll be over before you know it. I swear I thought I was going to die.. I just wanted a bite or REAL food! You know what was really hard... We had a 4hr ride to Fresno the other day for my surgery and of course my son and husband are starving and wanted to stop some where???!!!! I was like nooo way..okay I can do this..I've already come this far. I did okay. I'm 4days post op and I feel like I've been run over by a truck but honey you can do it!!! I'm cheering for you!
