Excellent way to get your protein

I went to the dietician last week. Everyone was concerned about the same thing. How in the world are we going to get all that protein. She gave a really us a really good way. I didn't want to say anything till I tried it. She recommended Prostat 64. It is really good. It is liquid so you can mix it with lots of things. You can even take it straight. Yes it tastes that good. It comes in three flavors. It comes in Natural, Wild Cherry, and Butter Pecan. I just went out on the web and searched to find it, seen as she gave us a number for distributors. I highly recommend it!

Hi Lori, I have used liquid protein and have some in the refrigerator right now for tonight. The one i use is called profect-protica. They have a website and I ordered it some months ago. Since I just had surgery Friday, its hard to eat./drink with all of the swelling and pain that I have but I am getting it in. I also have tried some protein powder samples too and they have been pretty good but very filling. Good luck to you, I see your date is coming up real soon. Get excited, it is quite a ride!! Angela

Angela, what flavors of the protein do you drink? Have you had any aversions to hot versus cold? I am starting to stock up on broths, sf jello and now I am trying the protein shakes. Ughh. Thanks for the info! CIndy

HI Cindy, I have the 4 pack of profect which has 4 flavors. They have all been good to me and are very good in a pinch (like last night I felt too full to eat, that was light enough to carry me and give me lots of protein). I dont have any aversions (yet) for hot or cold. Either way has agreed with me but the profect, I put in the refrigerator. I also use whey protein powder that I bought from sams/walmart and I mix it with milk or water, it is no sugar, 21 grams protein and good--it cost 18.00 I think for the very large tub. Another drink that I am doing right now is from walmart-it is EAS AdvantEdge carb control ready to drink shake. it is 100 cal, 15 grams protein, 0 sugar, 2 carbs, 3 fat. its pretty good but a bit pricey - I got 6 of them for 7.00 at walmart. I say pricey because I didnt know if I would like them. It boils down to 1.00 for a "meal" which is not bad. Let me know if you have any other questions. aq
